1. What This Website Is

This private reference site operates independently of government. It does not store official criminal records, retrieve files, conduct official checks, or submit documents for a visitor.

Its purpose is to route readers to Taney County Sheriff Records, the 46th Judicial Circuit, the Missouri State Highway Patrol CJIS Division, the Missouri Sex Offender Registry, and outside research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Each visitor agrees not to:

• Use bots, scrapers, or similar automated tools on these pages
• Threaten, harass, or stalk someone with information found here
• Interfere with performance or another visitor's access
• Make a housing, hiring, lending, or insurance decision from site content
• Seek unauthorized entry to any system or data

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

No one may use information from this site or a linked tool to harass, stalk, intimidate, threaten, or discriminate against another person. Such conduct may be criminal. This restriction is especially important for Missouri Sex Offender Registry data, which exists for public safety awareness and not vigilantism, blacklisting, or discrimination. Missouri law controls the registry and misuse can carry penalties.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create credit reports, background checks, or other consumer reports. Our advertising partners likewise do not provide a service through this site for regulated screening. A visitor must not use site or linked-tool data to:

• Set insurance terms or assess creditworthiness
• Choose whether to hire or dismiss a person
• Evaluate a rental or housing application
• Decide eligibility for a permit, license, or public program
• Carry out any other FCRA-regulated decision

A legally permitted check for a regulated purpose must come from the proper official channel or a screening provider that complies with the FCRA.

Missouri law governs these terms. A dispute tied to use of the site must be brought in a court located in Missouri. Public record access remains governed by the Missouri Sunshine Law, Chapter 610, and criminal history dissemination by Mo. Rev. Stat. § 43.540.

14. Severability
